Terms of Purchase and Use

Goldtone Studio offers original music composed by Dean D. Brubaker for purchase as downloadable MP3 and WAV audio files.

When you purchase and download a song from Goldtone Studio, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the recording for private, personal listening. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the recording, musical composition, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.

Purchased music may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded for distribution, reproduced for commercial purposes, incorporated into another recording or production, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

Use of Goldtone Studio music in film, television, advertising, video, broadcasting, recording, synchronization, public performance, commercial media, or other professional applications requires a separate license. Licensing inquiries may be submitted directly to Goldtone Studio.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and special offers may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase governs the transaction.

Payment processing is provided securely through Stripe. Goldtone Studio does not store customers' complete credit-card numbers.

Following successful payment, purchased files are made available through Goldtone Studio's authorized download system. Download access is intended solely for the purchaser.

All music, recordings, artwork, written descriptions, and other original material presented by Goldtone Studio remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
