Refund and Download Policy

Goldtone Studio sells digitally delivered MP3 and WAV music files.

Because digital products cannot normally be returned once download access has been provided, purchases are generally final after delivery, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Goldtone Studio will work with a customer when there is a genuine problem with an order, including an accidental duplicate purchase, an incorrect file being delivered, a damaged or unusable download, or a technical problem that prevents the customer from receiving a purchased song.

If a download fails, please contact Goldtone Studio through our contact page. We will first attempt to restore or replace the download. When appropriate, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

A customer's inability to play a WAV file on a particular device or application does not by itself make the file defective. MP3 files are provided for broader compatibility, while WAV files are intended for systems that support that audio format.

Promotional pricing and free-song offers are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion. Refunds involving promotional purchases may be adjusted to reflect the actual value of products retained by the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
